In the absence of cards like [casthaven]Stifle[/casthaven], [casthaven]Wasteland[/casthaven], [casthaven]Force of Will[/casthaven], and dedicated hosers, I have no idea how Modern decks can fight them, other than by playing a version of Eldrazi designed to break the mirror (or perhaps [casthaven]Painters Servant[/casthaven] is a stronger hoser than it appears)
However, you can choose to be dealt damage, even though that damage won't result in your life total changing
It can pop up as an oversized card or in a digital format, but other than that, the 1993 version of the card from Arabian Nights is the only way you can get this card on paper, making it an incredibly valuable uncommon card
