This ribbon comes from the Connecticut River Lodge No. 7 out of Barnet, Vermont. The badge features the all seeing eye symbol, along with the three links with FLT in them, representing Friendship, Love, and Truth. The front of the ribbon is blue and red with gold colored tassels. The back side is white and black and reads "In Memoriam I. O. O.
