We offer this as made to order with a selection of 22 gemstones which can be found here (shown is an example of the grey spinel stone option; pictured ring is sold). Four double prongs clasp a smaller 4mm round brilliant cut stone. This ring can be customized with diamonds set into the band (this client added 2 diamonds in total, 1 on each side). The pictured finished ring is sold (14k rose gold).
