"Rodeo Joe" rides an unruly jeep, when wound, spins around in circles and jerks up and down like a bucking horse. Rodeo Joe, is wearing a cowboy hat, a cow print vest, denim bottoms, cowboy boots and a holstered gun on one hip. The jeep is decorated with various text including "Yipeeee" and "Rodeo Joe" in rope
