Hardy Bros. "Palakona" Bamboo Rod 9'6" 3/2 with Bamboo Rod Case 9'6" For sale here is aFor sale here is a Hardy Bros. Palakona 9'6" 3 2 bamboo rod. The rod has seen better days and is an excellent candidate for a complete restoration. The serial number C11738 dates this rod to 1921. The cork and reel seat remain in very good condition and would not need to be replaced. There is some slight delamination on the butt section near the cork. There is a guide missing on the mid section. The two tips are both in need of repair. The first tip
