Fill the bottle with the liquid desired. DO NOT USE WITH ACETONE. DO NOT USE WITH NAIL LIQUID. Note: You must unlock the top of the pump cover before using it. Follow the OPEN arrow to unlock. Simply place a cotton pad on the top and press the centre of the lip. The pumped liquid will fill up the lip and be soaked by the cotton
