It is a water based acrylic emulsion containing graphite, designed to restore fire resistance and insulation performance in compartment walls and floors penetrated by building services. The sealant expands under heat to seal voids left by combustible materials, preventing the passage of flames, smoke, and hot gases during fire conditions. Formulated for both
