it looked like they were waiting for the fish to be caught and consequently get their lunch

The colours and texture of this burnt car reminded me of outback Australia , in particular "Big Red", which is the biggest sand dune in the Simpson Desert. By Adding the small car at the base of the dune, a sense of scale is achieved and the movement is created by the curves in the colour and texture. Custom size canvas available on
