Schneider Weisse Aventinus Eisbock 330mL Penfolds pecan pie or a classicAventinus, Bavaria's most intense and complex wheat beer, gets even more extraordinary. This Eisbock is a modern recreation of a legendary accident from the 1940s, when unrefrigerated shipments caused the beer to partially freeze, concentrating its flavours through natural separation. Brewmaster Hans Peter Drexler of Schneider brewery deliberately recreated this classic "mistake" in a controlled facility sixty years later, reviving a piece of brewing
