Palermo Red This is a great exampleVery dark in the glass. Sweet blackberry and candied blackcurrant, very immediate and expressive. Little touch of smoke in the background. Fruit to the fore, the oak sits behind, with cedar and cigar tobacco. Sweet oak spicing on the finish, cinnamon and nutmeg. Unashamedly sweet Napa Cabernet, with a long, fruity finish.
