Tourbé Novum Type_IPA - Imperial / Double effervescentIntroducing Tourb Novum a blend of Adambier aged in peated single malt barrels from France rounded out with a bit of 4 year double barrel aged barleywine aged in Blanton's bourbon, then a rye ex cognac barrel. This is the next beer in the Temporal Void Series, an exploration of strong barrel aged beers.
