須恵器瓶 （古墳時代 3-7世紀）。

本品は八角の器形の側面に象嵌で花文が施されてあります。花文といえば、菊の花が丸々と絵が描かれるものが多いのですが、本品の花文は、あまり見かけない表現のものです。

鎌倉中期の古瀬戸瓶子を代表する作品です。木箱付。

信楽の古窯跡から出た、大きな陶板です。深めのニュウがありますが、がっしりした堅牢な造りです。
