よく枯れた舟板です。壁に掛けてそのまま飾っても良いですし、掛花入と合わせてお使いいただくのもおすすめです。

大変よく枯れたオールドチークの把手付き臼です。

本品には涼しげに泳ぐ、金魚が彫られており、眺めていると茶室の横の小池の様子が目に浮かんできます。閉じられた茶室のなかで、いかに感性を解き放つか、文人たちの茶と、道具師との間のやり取りまで、想像が膨らみますね。

丸い胴形の肩口に双耳が配され、胴の周囲には力強い弦紋の刻線が刻まれている。木箱付属。
