This card is a big enabler, especially with Food tokens becoming so prevalent in recent expansions like Throne of Eldraine

While I don't greatly rate the Swords these days and have never much liked them it would be foolish to deny that back when they first came out that they were immensely powerful in a lot of formats

While Theros: Beyond Deaths cards lack the sly humour and folklore trimmings of previous card set Throne of Eldraine, those things are replaced with something much more horrifying and epic, with all the cosmic trimmings adding an otherworldly tinge to the classic legends
