You're always going to have to put a bit of work in to land a hit with this commander, but once you get the ball rolling it's going to move very very fast

Wizards of the Coast loves using the rules of cards to make our game pieces really feel like what theyre supposed to represent

We'll get the Vehicle sub-type much later, and Equipment basically streamlines a lot of the messiness and (in retrospect) poor mechanical flavour of a lot of these earlier artifacts, but it's interesting to see the roots of those newer mechanics in these earlier sets
