The only sealed product with oil slick foils is the Compleat Bundle from Phyrexia: All Will Be One , and they contain 10 oil slick basics in addition to two randomized mythic rares from 20 cards selected to receive the treatment

It's a staple across the multiple formats it's legal in, as getting ahead on mana is always going to be one of the strongest things you can do, especially in one-on-one formats

The targeted removal is mostly subpar: we've got strong options like Beast Within and (grudgingly) Chaos Warp, and I still like Decimate despite being in the minority here, but Ulasht, the Hate Seed is just a bad card here
