2021 Mt. Boucherie Rosé spaghetti Bolognese A single vineyard Pinot NoirAn absolute stunner! I love the freshness and the slight tartness of this dry Ros. A very exuberant nose of strawberry, red cherry, peach and fresh cut herbs allows you to get in the Ros mood. The palate follows with waves of strawberry and rubharb pie, peach, blood orange and a touch of grapefruit at the end. The 2021 version of this Ros is slightly dryer than the 2020 and just a tad more serious. I REALLY enjoyed it. (CWC, 06 04 22).
