The creature is understandably slow, which here is represented by a stun counter on entry, but when it gets going, it's positively deadly (It's also sure to be scary in Limited, but that's not the point here)
The deck has basically every card that can make a 0/1 Wizard token that deals a damage to each opponent whenever we cast a noncreature spell, including Circle of Power, Cornered by Black Mages, Black Mage's Rod, and, of course, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer

It's exactly the kind of resource management mechanic I'd expect from the slow-and-steady Sapphire Ink, but throws in some Ruby aggression to keep you from being on the back foot
