Using the continuous spell card Mass Driver, it was possible to use Substitoad and Ronintoadin to create a loop that constantly provided tribute fodder for Mass Drivers effect to inflict 400 life points of damage, eventually bringing your opponent to zero

Note that surveil was introduced in 2018 and wasn't adopted as a deciduous mechanic until 2022, so a lot of cards that existed prior to those years don't have the word surveil printed on them
