There's no doubt that Deadly Rollick is a fair bit more powerful, but Snuff Out does have the upside of not requiring your commander to be on the battlefield in order to cast it for its alternate cost

Despite being a little polar I do like the security of this card and will fairly happily play it

Zacama, Primal Calamity is also an option but makes for a poor Dinosaur commander as you'd much rather build a Big Ramp deck focused on abusing Zacama's activated abilities
