This is a pretty solid card in my opinion, it is a card I would include in a deck if I were looking for about 4 more cards to fit in the deck

Although this effect does have a practical purpose within the game, it ultimately served moreso to just annoy your opponents, which is ultimately what lead to the card being completely banned
