On creature-heavy decks you should run fewer board wipes because you dont want to clear your own board too often (about 2-3 seem enough, unless they are one-sided where you can add more without hurting your own strategy) while on creature-light decks you need more (about 4-5 is a good number)

While initially designed as an aura that wasnt nigh-guaranteed card advantage, its proven far more flexible over a decade later in sets like Aether Revolt (where it enabled Revolt) and Ultimate Masters (where it was quite strong alongside Heroic).

They can still be played in the official card game, but some players may want to remove the ability to play with promotional cards to keep gameplay more official
