1999 pokemon fossil booster pack Episode 57 of Should I Open it? Or Should I Keep it Sealed? from 1999! #pokemontcg #pokemoncommunity #pokemon Fossil is the 3rd main expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Framed Pokemon Fossil 1st Edition

Theres a small amount of life drain, and then theres the non-combat win condition of firing off a big Exsanguinate, perhaps fueled by Cabal Coffers, Black Market (a card that doesnt see as much play as I think it should), and/or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx

I could see this being huge for 9.5 collectors they all got free upgrades

This is incredibly useful if a deck plays several Pokmon that have 210 HP because the damage counters place it in range for Dragapult ex to knock out if it is ever in the Active Spot

When that spell or ability resolves, the creature spell won't be countered, but any additional effects of that spell or ability will still happen
