Creatures are some of the simpler cards to understand in the game and dont require as much of an understanding of sequencing as something like a spellslinger deck
The first time I properly met Simon was at Pro Tour Oath of the Gatewatch, where his team, Team Eureka, broke this deck out into the world after previously only being seen as a fringe deck on Magic Online (funnily enough, the CEO of ThreeForOne, Oliver Polak-Rottman, was also part of Team Eureka!)

Landing Party This deck is led by Spock, and will rely on returning mechanic Landfall as well as "Strange New Worlds." This second mechanic isn't entirely clear based on what has been revealed from the set so far, but it could reference artifacts or spell cards bearing the names of planets from throughout Star Trek's history
