Better still, the way to prepare Tam, Observant Sequencer, is via landfall , and the prepare spell, Deep Sight, only costs one green and one blue mana, so it's entirely feasible that you could cast this multiple times per turn when paired with land fetch spells and lands like Fabled Passage
