Promotional Cards Booster packs and boxes which have been confirmed to contain at least one promotional card are often good picks
The biggest difference is that hexproof allows the permanent with the ability to be the target of spells by its controller, allowing that player to buff their creature with auras and equipment while shroud doesnt
Their deck for PTRome was, if not the best, one of the three best decks, certainly better than the Academy deck Hovi actually used to win the event
