I like that this does what the usual haste suspects do - deal some form of evasive damage, but this one lets you eventually cast something from the graveyard if it survives, which is a good bonus if this doesnt just die in combat

I prefer to use them to keep Braids on the field in case someone tries to remove it

Run as many events as you want during these periods (and plan how you'll distribute your two promo cards)

While it doesnt command the same premium as the Unova dragons, this card earns its place through sheer narrative weight and arresting cyberpunk aesthetics
